CNN, MS NOW and Politico are suing the Trump administration after reporters from the three news organizations had their White House press credentials revoked.
Vice President JD Vance says the outlets can still report on the White House but have lost their special access. President Donald Trump has defended the decision and criticized the outlets’ coverage.
The three organizations argue the government cannot decide what the press reports or publishes and say the move violates their First Amendment rights. They are seeking to restore their access through federal court.
