No Mercy For The Innocent In Restorative Justice
Nelson Blanco, previously charged with stabbing two 7-year-old boys, was cleared as ‘not likely to imperil the safety of the community.’
He then stabbed a 2-year-old in the face while she sat in her stroller at a Providence bus stop.
The toddler is fighting for her life.
Another competency hearing is scheduled.
