Trump trade adviser Peter Navarro says he isn’t surprised that Trump’s former chief of staff John Kelly endorsed Kamala Harris for president. Navarro says that despite being a four-star general, Kelly didn’t seem to abide by hierarchy and seemed to think that he was actually the president. Navarro says that Kelly tried to “save America” from Trump and that a second Trump administration won’t contain the same D.C. insiders that his first term was plagued with.
