DHS Secretary Kristi Noem says the U.S. Coast Guard, backed by the Department of War, intercepted an oil tanker last docked in Venezuela during a pre-dawn operation on Dec. 20.
The U.S. will continue targeting the illicit movement of sanctioned oil used to fund narco-terrorism, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
